Help needed in PC104 board with ETX MODULE

We are building a AUV - Autonomous Vehicle with MATLAB and Simulink..

We are making use of XPC Target in SIMULINK.for that we are going to use a PC104 MIO board.We are have planned to use a ETX EXPRESS board computers but here is the problem a lot of etx boards doesnt have a PC104 expansion bus..
Can you tell me a a board which has atleast a 2 ghz core 2duo processor which has pc104 bus in it..

I also want to build a PCI BOARD which has AI,AO,DIO with a ordinary PIC
How can i convert the pic signals into what is compatible to PCI..
any bridge IC to be used please specify
