Help need in DX designer

Hi all,

Can any one help me to extract the ascii netlist from Dx designer to PADS.I also tried with tools ------ create pcb netlist-------run but i couldn't get the ascii file.It shows the error as below.

pcb: Fatal 7435: Error opening cms database file
pcb: Note 5626: Summary of pcb.err
Status 0, Notes 1, Warnings 0
Errors 1, Failures 0, Fatals 1, Internals 0

Please help me to extract the net list .

select netlist format as "PADS"

Added after 9 minutes:

1st do the schematic check to remove errors "tools-schematic checker" and then try to generate the netlist.
