Help me with my UPS ?

Hi every one

My problem is , the ups fuses put on batteries are burned out, i replace it, then working fine but burned out again in fiew dayes, i check the power transistores and relayes of ups and its ok, what is the problem ? is related with load or what ?

My ups is 1200 watt, i use it to power a pc (700 watt power supply) and 20" lcd monitor, is this enough or i should use 1500 watt ups ?
