Help me with making a Nokia 51xx/61xx charger

Charger NOkia 51xx/61xx

I'm making my own smart charger for celular nokia 51xx/61xx.

Now I know that celular demand through PWM pin to extern charger a specific voltage.

When the voltage battery of celular is low, the celular send this command :
1F 4 0 DA 0 2 0 2 SQ CK
trough MBUS.

I no can understand the command 0xDA.

What is it meening?
