need help for opamp ckt?

Hi,
Im using this circuit as 20mA load. beacause of design specification i have to use OPA364. but this may not be able to supply 20mA. Im not sure , i can drive a fet to get desired op current.
VDC=1.9
INV terminal = 0.9 V

pls help me
