24V 80A SMPS supply.

Hi!

I am trying to design a 24V DC 80A SMPS supply having a input supply from 90 to 275 VAC.

I would appreciate help in design this PSU. What precautions I need to take? Any guiding schematic will be appreciated.

Thanks

Bye!

That't not a project for the novice. If you insist however, I recommend the mag amp topology, it is used by most power supplies of similar power ratings. You may need to implement an active power factor correction and an adequate EMI filter.
