Help me with connecting AT89c5132

Need help witg AT89c5132

hello i need help with the at89c5132
i tried to connect the ic through usb for programming but it always gives me USB device not recognized can some one help
me
i want to use these ics badly i can't get them to be programmed
so i need some one to tell me what to do
as the Datasheet is so so bad
and the site for atmel never replied me

i have been through the data sheet and made an interface circuit but the PC never detects the ICs as usb device it always replies " USB Device not Recognized" so i can't programm them i need help
plz any one can help me plz reply

I had a similar problem.

Did you get to install the usb driver or this is the problem?
Are you using FLIP to program? If yes, did you downloaded the new version, you can do it at atmel.com. The last one had a problem with the usb driver and you needed to download an upgrade file.
What kind of hardware are you using? Atmel development board or you own hardware. I was using my own hardware and there was a mistake on the connections.
