Help me understand the virtual ground concept in opamps

Can somebody help me to understand Virtual ground concept in opamps better.
Will it work for positive feed back circuits also.

When the inverting terminal is tied to ground, the voltage of the noninverting terminal will be at "virtual ground". This potential is called "virtual ground" because current does not actually flow from the terminal to ground, rather it is forced to
flow through ZF and ZI.
