i think u should find some files about it or check the net for RF amplifier,then u try it by yourself.once u find some questions,post them all in this forum,so friends will help u gladly.u know we don't have much time although am a college student.

If you want to use commercial MMICs for your design, check Hittite, RFMD and Linear Technology products. I used dozens for similar designs, results always exceeding MMIC specifications. If you have no experience, order an evaluation board to see how it is done correctly.
