Is it not beter to find the truth table for these equationsd and solve by Karnough map? You have three variables, so there should be no difficulty.
 

Pls Help

1) - C(A+B')
2) - A xor (B'C)
3) - AC + B'C'
4) - B'+CA'

hope I didn't make any mistake
