Help me making Keil C51 mon with P89C51RD2

I will to do C51 mon by P89C51RD2. No used exteral SRAM,Who can help me

To apply mon51 to your hardware, your system must meet the hardware requirement, said "Von-Neumann wired code/xdata Memory". You may reference the official application note "Application Note 152:Installing and Using the Keil Monitor-51".

SST made a MON51 called SoftICE for their SST89C58, SST89E554 series chips, you can find it on their website https://www.sst.com.

This is the Flash Mon which can not be used on P89C51 because the Philips
always needs to erase a block before you can overwrite the contents.
Other derivates (Atmel) can overwrite each byte witchout erase blocks.
