hello to all
hope everybody will be fine..please help me out .. :(
i m using IRG4RC10KDPbF igbt for single phase switching ..can you please recommend me the RC snubber circuit for this or R and C ratingS?? as i could not found this on data sheet..
i need to place RC snubber circuit between IGBT,s emmiter and primary of 4:1 transformer for protection..
please recommend me R and C values so that i could complete my project and finally degree :(
will be so great full for prompt reply :)
 

Designing RC snubbers is always a task that requires empirically derived info from the circuit. No datasheet will ever be able to give the correct answer, because it depends on the parasitics in the layout and components.
