Help me identify SMD marked ALN used in GARMIN Streetpilot

SMD marked ALN (5 pin, 3+2, possible package SOT353) used in GARMIN Streetpilot in voltage converter. Anybody know what is this?

Hi,
Its possibly an LM4040-3.0V reference, or zener, from Maxim, but in SOT23(3Pins), National has in SC70 (5Pins), but with some other marking...
