u can download PIC simulator from this site:

if u cannot download this simulators, i have PIC IDE v 5.33 simulator ,,and i can upload it to u...good luck

You can simply download the MPLAB package from Microchip. It contains a simulator, too. Although it may not be the greatest, it works.
