Help me draw the IE3D geometry of 2 patch antenna designs

sir,
please help me by drawing the IE3D GEOMETRY for the two attached patch antenna designs with the following specifications:

substrate thickness=1mm
substrate εr=4.4
patch(copper) thickness=0.045mm

i've attached the designed files herewith in zipped format.
please help me.

Hi, Makpro:

Here are the files in the zip format. The 2nd one is more complicated. It should not be very difficult if you use either boolean operations or build the polygons for the gaps and remove them after other polygons are built. Regards.
