About SFDR of an ADC

Has anyone done the SFDR simulation(system level) of an ADC(any kind)? I am using Matlab/simulink to do it. Could you please guide me thru the steps?

First your output Q doing FFT --> FQ , and 20log(FQ) or 10log(FFT Q*Q conjugate)
Then you has the power specral density.
like attached file.

you can find many matlab FFT code on internet.
 

About SFDR of an ADC

Has someone has some paper on high speed ADC about the folding archtecture,3ks
