Hi bro,

I want to design a bandgap voltage reference with voltage supply as lower as better.
I have designed a voltage reference using Brokaw cell, but voltage supply must be greater than 2.2V to generate a 1.2 voltage reference.
I want to design a voltage reference with the voltage supply is 1.5 or 1.6V.

Can anybro give me some advice?

Thanks,
tdf

Bandgap Voltage.

Why don't you search papers in this site?
There are many papers about lower voltage supply for the the bandgap. You can find some useful papers. Good luck!

Hi Jluhzw,

Maybe I am not luck men,.
I have searched, but not found out what I want, can you give me some advices for my problem?

Re: Bandgap Voltage.

Hi Markjiang,
I have noted that paper before. Unfortunately, I do not have a account IEEE.
If you have it, can you share to me.
I also find some useful in this link for the prolem:

Thanks for all help

If you don't have an IEEE acount, you can go to :

**broken link removed**

to get the paper you like.

Don't you need an account to access ieeeclub?
