Hi all,

Can you help me calculate the total inductance for 1mil bondwire as function of the total BW length at 2 and 6GHz

Re: bondwire inductance

You should use a CAD software to simulate the bond wire since the wire has a diameter. I think ADS will suffice; full-wave solvers are not needed.
