Q:Which type of matching technique is good for Resistors, Capacitors & BJT's....? n plz tell me the reason behind of choosing it....

In no particular order, a probably incomplete list:

- Common centroid to have first order compensation of process gradients

- same orientation, reduces sensitivity to non-planarity in process steps

- same surrounding (use dummies, similar connections, avoid close conductors mismatches), to limit the second order effect coming from other implants and stresses around the device

- proximity, to avoid long range variations

all of them, keep them close, with the same orientation, organize them in a common centroid geometry and add dummies
