Any one knows something about a thyristor with following labels: ES 15421 9048
Some one says that it is a product of PGS S.P.A from Italy.
Any one knows about this company?
Any one has a datasheet or photo or any information about this part# and its manufacturer?
Thanks before.

Hi
I know, it's a long time ago, you asked this question. But I also try to find some informations about this thyristor.
However, 2 of these disk SCR (diameter 42 mm) are used in my electric car. The control unit is from Elektrosistem in Italy and is named Pulsar-R. So, obviously, the letters ES stand for 15421. The last number is the production date. The SCR must have a rated voltage above 200 V, because the battery voltage in my car can be slightly above 100 V. The current rating must be more than 130 A continuous and 400 A for 1 minute, based on the data sheet of the contoller.
