Help me 4 Serial simple eeprom(28cXX) programmer!!!

I am inneed of an eeprom(for atmel 28cXX) programmer which could be connected to serial port ,wil b very grateful if the firmware is for 89cXX !!!!
Please do help!!!
Or any programmer for serial port i doesnt hav parallel port tats why!!!!
