help IR remote 8051 and c

can some post a simple C code to encode IR, and decode IR signals with 8051, I use at89s52. I saw a RC5 but i can't understand the principle of encoding. Please help me

i make my soft, the problem is in that :
when i put my remote near to "eye" i saw a good pulses /with winscope/ but when move remote aroud 20-30 sm it make some stuped noise /no pulses/ my suplly is with 7805 with "100uF in" "10uF out" that is
