Help in verilog HDL...

Hi;
this is my first thread in this forum
as my homework i have been asked to find a microprocessor verilog code which also contains an assembly code , to simmulating it in modelsim.( applying asm code to this software micro to see the result),but every micro code i've find ,hadn't any assembly code beside them. coulde u suggest me a code ???

try using Picoblaze (kcpsm3) from xilinx for xilinx fpga. u can simulate it in modelsim. It has both verilog and Vhdl hardware and u have to wirte a asm code to control the processor.
