Help in running exe file in iPAQ3850

Hi,

I have the HP's Strong ARM core based iPAQ3850 pocket PC with WinCE OS.

It got a touch screen, pendrive, wi-fi, bluetooth, InfraRed Com, USB, RS232 (19200bps is minimum), micro-phone, speaker, light sensor, programmable keys with addon modules stuff like for GSM/GPRS for wireless internet etc...

I am facing the problem in running any .exe in this device which I could do the same in my PC after synchronizing the device with my PC either by RS232/by USB.

Can any suggest the solution/refer links in this regard?
