Hello Friends

I am Trying to make induction heater but i have not any large experience in electronics So i want to ask you few questions.

1: I m thinking to use IC CD4047 to produce frequency in range of 70-200 kHz .Is this IC capable to produce frequency such like this ???

2: For MOSFET driving I m thinking to use IR2111 or IR2110.Is these IC capable to switch MOSFET at above frequency?

Thank you.

brother!
i also trying to make induction heater for my project but i don't have knowledge to connect oscillator and mosfet circuit.please help me!!!!

hello.

First you should find out many sites related to induction heating you can easily find it by googling. And after that you should move for making practical circuit.

-Thank you

If you only need to drive the half bridge at 100% (just a square wave at the output), then you can use a gate drive transformer, which is much easier to deal with than a bootstrapping gate driver.
