Help identify the IC - Can't find any data

Please help identifying this Tuner IC. It is a single chip PLL TV tuner IC with SDA/SCL. Xtal is 4.0MHz.
 

Judging by the logo top-left, it's an Infineon device, and TMM2000B4 appears to be a valid part number for a 28 pin device, but there doesn't seem to be much information about it available online.
 

You are right ChrisC, but isn't is strange that there is no info anywhere about this chip!
