hi all
I am simulating cascade quantum laser with TCAD. I have some question
1- I want to simulate mu device in 77k, how can I do it? do I need to change all of the properties of material?
2- I want to extract the quantitis of wavefunction vs depth. is there any good way except using lots of probe statement and csv file?
3-in quantum cascade laser lasing happens between 2 sub bands of conduction band but all of the equation in atlas are for inter band lasing how can i expand this equations?
