help for simulate a constant gm rail to rail op amp circuit

Please help me!! I want to simulate a constant gm rail to rail op amp circuit in HSpice code!please help me in this week!!!!!!!!!

I do not understand. If you have this circuit, why do not you simulate it in Spice?

Hi dear freind.Iknow!but these parameters
(w/l) are for l=.6 technology! I want to simulate this circuit in l=.18 technology that is harder.Besides I dont know the switches operation (2 blue transistors) exactly.And finally pay attention that I want to write a complete HSpice code and get constant gm!
