help for IAR compiler [MCC]

hi everybody.

i`m going to work with ARM AT91SAM7X and i choose IAR compiler.
i`m new in ARM and IAR and i search a lot in internet for education source of IAR.badly i can`t find any and need your help please.
please give me some book or paper about IAR learning.

Go to IAR's "Help" menu. IAR Embedded Workbench User Guide and IAR C/C++ Compiler's Reference Guide are really good.
