help for DFT scripts... to clear violations....

Hi all....

When i declare ScanEnable as spec i get DRC violations as D1,D2,D3,D10,D20.. But when i declare ScanEnable as existing_dft i get DRC violations D10,D11,D12,D15,D20..So which will be the suitable views that i can use for ScanEnable?
Please help me..

My test coverage also very less (25.32%) because of D10,D11,D12,D15,D20 violations.. How can i clear this..?
