help for building DS80C400

I want create a project with MCU Dallas DC80C400, that is MCS51 family, but it's very particular MCU, with 7 port and can use for ethernet and CAN. I need some help for choosing external memory and how did that memory acces from my MCU. please help me , if some body had a schematic, or just block diagram. thanks
