Help for 3rd order continuous time sigma delta[10 points]

I am trying to implement a 3rd order CT sigma delta mod in simulink.I first need to implement the discrete time version.This is the block.I donno how to start off.The SD toolbox takes parameters of OSR and order and gives a 3rd order NTF.Do I use the same NTF to compute the k values in this block.
Also after converting to CT the sampling for the CT SDM has to be applied before the quantizer.How is it implemeted.
Please help.

you can use the zoh(zero order holde) in front
of quantizer.
