help ERROR KIEL C when PROGAM for ARM LPC2148

I wrote Keil C code for LPC2148 and I have some program erro when I build my code to hex > here that error

assembling Startup.s...
--- Error: can't execute 'as'

Plz help me to solve that problem

You have the GNU ARM toolchain selected.

You can change the toolchain in Project -> Manage -> Components, Environment, Books.

If you want to use the GNU ARM toolchain then you need to enter prefix and path.
