help, Could PML be applied in 1D FDTD?

I am new to PML ABC in FDTD simulation, and currently I use Mur ABC. But The reflection is slightly large. My FDTD is 1D case. Could PML be applied in 1D situation? Thanks so much.

how large is large? You might want to try a second order Mur ABC

you should try Berenger's PML. It is easy to implement for 1D case.
