Help, cadence simulation problem.

After installing the PDK, I simulate a very simple circuit, but failed.

My cadence version is 5141usr3

Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
input.scs: Q0 is an instance of an undefined model npn_JI.

spectre terminated prematurely due to fatal error.

You have to assign model file in Setup/Model Libraries.
