Hi there guys,
I am having here some trouble trying to map a bi-quadratic section from s-plane to z-plane using the bilinear transformation.
What I'm trying to do more specifically is substituting the s = 2 / Ts (1-z^-1) / .. etc into the biquadratic section of a band-pass filter in order to get that standard form of a0+a1z^-2+a2z^-2 / 1 - b1z^-1 - b2z^-2 but I can't reach that.
Does someone have something where I can see how to do that, analytically?
Regards.
