Help: ASSURA extraction Problem

I can check the design rules with ASSURA without problem, but if I run the DRC with the drc_extracted option, and then open the generated file, I can only see all the pins (no component at all)!

The extracted view includes different layers than layout one. Maybe you haven't loaded them in your LSW. Try to load all the available layers in the LSW.

In fact, it is Jazz's techno, we can't see components' layout in the extracted view (only in ivpcell view).
