help!!Any digital matel detector?

Hi all,
I wanna ask any matel detector circult is digital?

Cos I wanna the circult can output signal 1 (Logic1 , 5V).

And I have find a lot of matel detector circult which just output the MW audio signal.

I use oscilloscope can see that result.
When the matel close to coil the output have a phase shift.

So that When the output has phase shift a little bit.
And how to make the hardware to Logic 1?
(I have use XOR gate before, But can not work.)

Or other matel detector circult is design for output digital signal?

You will need to wire up another oscillator (needs to be very stable... try using XO) as reference and use a phase comparator to compare the phase of the detector oscillator. Then it should be simple to wire up digital logic for a logic high on detection.
