Help! Altium does not recognise .lia files

Hi everyone,

I have downloaded some altium schematic symbols and footprints online in the format .lia,
and try to install it into altium using import wizard. However it does not recognise .lia and hence my
symbols and footprints can't be included in my project.

Does anyone know how to fix?
