hello
what are the rules to write a source code in assembly (the structure)?

assembly source code you need for what applications?
whether for a microcontroller, PC, & etc?
actually a lot of rules that is used depends on the application you are using

i need it to program a pic microcontroller

You may as well use structural programming like using functions etc... but your question is not quite clear really. Try reading a book, there are lots of books about PICs and its assembler and then you'll have an idea I guess.

Regards...
