For power dissipated by MOSFET, switching loss and conduction loss should be taken into account. May I know should I take snubber losses into account as well as my circuit has the snubber circuit? Thanks

When the FET switches on it draws some current through the snubber Cap (limited by its series resistoor), so the FET dissipation does increase, though not by much.

Thanks. In my case actually snubber loss is actually a bit high as I am switching at high frequency. It does affect the size of the heat sink.
