HDD Rack recommendation

Hello!

After an upgrade at a netbook from a HDD WD 500GB to a Crucial SSD 256GB I want to find an utility to the old HDD in the case of backup or recover data.

My question is : if that WD HDD is on sata 3, which rack should I buy with USB 2.0 or with USB 3.0? My notebook has 2xUSB 2.0 and 1xUSB 3.0.

Why a HDD rack? Doesn't a small USB 3.0 SATA docking station what you want?
