At first did not know where to put my post. So decided to leave here.
I need to do a video (composite video PAL/NTSC, HD/SD component video, SDI) testing and requires appropriate devices. Maybe anyone of you already had this experience. I have already communicated with the engineers in Tektronix, R&S, NI, Agilent ... but their prices are to higher for me. Can someone advise the cheaper brand. I need both portable video measurement device with already embedded software and PCI based data acquisition card with LabView drivers.
