Has anyone done EM simulation on QFN/Laminate package to extract ground inductance?

I am using HFSS. Do you know how to setup the port?

I have the HFSS12 project file attached, the ground inductance is around 0.05nH. But I am not sure if the setup is right. Can you take a look and tell me what you think?

could you send me hfss file in hfss 10 i cannot open file in hfss 10

I only have HFSS12. I am not sure how to save it as HFSS10 format.
In the simulation setup, I just draw a 3x3x0.217 mm3 copper box to model the QFN ground.
It's very easy to recreate the setup.
