Theoretically.. for ADC performance, it is known that ADC resolution (ENOB) gives major impact on the noise performance (SNR), by the relationship: SNR = 6.02*ENOB + 1.67dB.

Again theoretically, what ADC spec (or parameter) mainly causes ADC harmonic distortion (THD) performance?
In addition, ENOB does not cause THD, correct?
