Hardware Compression card

I have a camera with HD-SDI out. I also have a hardware compression card (model:dahua VEC8104HD) which I have put in my pci-x slot. I don't know which software I should use to view the video. Also there was no driver cd or manual with the card. Had no luck with google. Any help would be appreciated.
 

You may never get it working but a good place to start looking for drivers would be to look at the part numbers on the ICs on the card, particularly larger ones and see if you can find information on them. If you can find other cards using the same ICs you might be able to use their drivers instead.
