hardened silver solder paste

I recently bought some silver solder paste and when it arrived today, its all hardened. It crumbles when you touch it and isnt gooey. Has this paste gone bad?
 

The solvent dried out. You can try to blend if with a few drops of ethanol or isopropanol.
