hard disk not detected while booting??

i am trying to install the OS in my PC but hard disk not detected..:bang:
is there any solution for this?? pl check the attachment

try to install windows with another dvd.or try this dvd on another windows to find out it works.

just see whether hdd and dvd drive are connected in the same sata cable.

if so, connect them each separately to separate sat port in the motherboard

In the harddisk , there will be a jumper configurable option.( near the connector end)
one , 'MS' and other 'SL'.
check the position of the jumper.

whether one or more HDD , there will be a jumpe in proper position.

As suggested by sunnysky , make sure that hard disk is spinning.r

There's no master/slave and usually no jumper with SATA HDDs. And of course one SATA cable per drive.

If there's any problem with disk or CD/DVD drives, I would primarly look at the HDD information given in the BIOS menu. How about the DVD drive, is it recognized? If so, did you try to connect the HDD in place of the DVD?

Some old BIOS versions may have problems with some drives. E.g. incompatibility issues with SATA 2.0 or 3.0. If it's an old motherboard, I would try with a first generation SATA 1.0 drive. And generally try a different drive to sort out HDD defects.

Do you still need help? Looking at your screenshot #2 asking "where do you want to install windows?"
Click on Drive options (advanced). Does a hard drive choice show there?
Sometimes you need a correct partition to show in the list unless you choose advanced options.
Use advanced options to delete any previous partition record shown there.
WARNING - ALL DATA ON DRIVE WILL BE ERASED IMMEDIATELY
Then format the drive in that menu will create a partition.
