Can anybody provide a rtl to transfer a one bit signal from one domain to another using handshake.

a handhake required a signal ready_to_be_read, and opposite module said used a signal bit_has_been_read, that's it.

I know this. But suppose there is no receive and ack signal with me in my design and I need to create them for handshake. Can you please provide a rtl code?
