hello dear forum

I try to build an half bridge with 4 mosfets

upper side 2 and lower side 2 mosfets

I have a question about mosfets equal current sharing

I added 2 schematics

I want ask which one is correct ?

where to put small value resistors ?

thank you

Hi,

against BJTs there is no need for resistors.

as log as you use the same FET type.

take care with layout design not to "prefer" one fet on the other.

Firstly there should be no need for a series resistor with MOSFETs since they have positive temperature coefficient. If the ratings are extremely constrained, and equilizing resistors are needed, place one resistor at the top or at the bottom of each string.
